We have found that a retainer billing process works best for this arrangement. With the retainer, you get unlimited access. We know that you are not in business to do HR. Our approach is to offer you all the help you need, without overstaying our welcome.

Our initial agreement is for 90 days. After that, the agreement is month to month. We want to have the feel of an employee. If an employee is not pulling their weight, they are not protected by a long-term contract. Neither should we be.
